Ann:
Today I come to tell you about a very fun but very stressful card game. The first time I played it, I was about twelve and we’d gone to meet some friends. These friends had played the game many times, and the speed at which they played was extremely intimidating, to say the least! XD
Years later, I’m a faster player, but not half as quick as they were. Actually, I typically end up teaching the game to other people, and don’t get a chance to actually play the game. Hence the reason I’m telling you to play it. I need an opponent!
Have I interested you enough yet? I hope so. I am definitely trying to drag this out so you become more interested, but then again you may be getting bored. I’ll go ahead and tell you what game I’m talking about.
This card game is called Dutch Blitz. If you’ve never played it before, I highly suggest getting a pack of cards ASAP. There’s even an expansion pack you can buy, so up to 8 people can play at a time! If you have played it before, I suggest that you hone your skills. If I should ever meet you face-to-face, I’ll need a good Dutch Blitz rival!

Make a bracelet. Just a simple one. You can use yarn, cord, embroidery floss, rope, even cut up t-shirts. Just a simple “friendship” bracelet, braided or knotted. I love these types of bracelets, reader. When I was younger, I often found them too difficult to keep my attention, or was prone to messing up the knots. But I have grown to love the different details and colors so very much, in the past few years. If you’d like a simple tutorial on how to make your own-reply to this email! I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as I can, with a few tips for your first bracelet. And perhaps you’re an expert, already? I’d love to hear your tips and tricks! That’s my recommendation. Set aside your other things for a few minutes, and make a bracelet. Even if you don’t like jewelry, or don’t have someone in mind to give it to-that's okay. The most fun is making them!
