For some strange reason, our extended family has always adored this salad dressing. Why? We have no idea. We are almost always asked to bring it, and what’s funny is just how simple it is to make. Yet our family loves it, and my cousins almost always go back for more salad! My uncle even said that he eats the lettuce so that he can get the salad dressing into his mouth, and one of his daughters got seventh helpings of salad! (Okay, I admit the last few were extremely small, but STILL!!!!)

I have decided to share that “famous” salad dressing recipe here, so that you can dazzle everyone you know with this easy and tasty salad dressing recipe!

Servings: It depends!                      Cuisine: American.

Total time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 cup of plain yogurt

2 teaspoons of dried parsley

1 teaspoon of onion powder

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of salt

¼ teaspoon of dried dill weed

1/8 teaspoon of pepper

Dash of salt

Milk for thinning (optional, but it will be thick without it!)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, measure the mayonnaise and yogurt. Stir. Add in all seasonings and mix well. Taste for seasoning. If it is too thick for your liking, add in milk. Pour desired amount of dressing onto your prepared salad. Enjoy!
