This recipe is simple, easy, tasty, and easy to change up. Though it can be a bit expensive with the price of eggs, it’s also a great way to make breakfast ahead–you can just cut it into squares and freeze it for later!

Servings: One 9x13 baking pan.                      Cuisine: American.

Total time: 40-45 mins.

Ingredients:

12 eggs

1 & ½ cups of whole milk

2 Tablespoons of chives, minced.

1 teaspoon of dried parsley

½ a teaspoon of garlic powder

1 & ¼ teaspoon of salt

½ a teaspoon of ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Crack eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Add milk and whisk together. Add chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir again.

Sprinkle the meat and cheese in baking pan. Pour egg mixture on top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on how runny or done you want your eggs. Cool and serve, or cut into circles for biscuits or bagels and freeze individually on a baking sheet. Enjoy!
