This spread is perfect on just about everything. Bagels, French bread, crackers, sandwiches, wraps, and a whole lot more. The amount of garlic is adjustable, but my family likes to put as much as possible in. Just be careful about eating it too early in the morning- you don’t want to smell like garlic all day!

Servings: About 1 & ½ cups of spread.                            Cuisine: Italian.

      Total time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened

¼ a cup of parmesan cheese (the green can type is what we use)

¼ a cup of mayonnaise

2-5 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1 Tablespoon of dried parsley

Directions:

Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until well combined. Add parmesan cheese and stir again.

Mix in garlic and herbs. Place in refrigerator for a few hours for best results, or enjoy fresh. Enjoy!
