What’s a skill you’ve always wanted to learn? This summer, do your best to research and learn it. These days, you can figure out how to do almost anything by watching YouTube or reading blog posts, and I challenge you to find something new and learn this summer. If you can’t think of any certain skill, perhaps you can try a new type of recipe or a new version of something you already know how to do. (Example: a new crochet stitch or type of bread to make.) Let me know how it goes at the end of the summer in the comments!

While I am currently not “at” WBaRM, I cannot say whether or not this recommendation is relevant at the time in which you are reading it…However, from my place at the kitchen table as I write ahead, my recommendation is that you write a list of blessings you have received. The month is nearing its end, and many things are changing. But as it is written in Isaiah 40:8,“The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.” Things are happening for reasons which I am unsure of. I ask my Father in heaven for wisdom as I go forward. I have no control over what may come. But I will praise the Lord for all that I have been blessed with, thus far. Please feel free to share your list of blessings, or reach out for a prayer request. We can never be too connected in the Word!
