Over five hundred years ago, a German monk named Martin Luther made a stand for the Word of God by nailing his 95 problems with the Catholic church on the door of the abbey. It was not his intention to begin a worldwide reformation, but that is what he set in motion. All these years later, we experience the benefits of that act every single day. Today, let’s be thankful for the stand made on this day long ago, and pray that we would have the same courage to stand for Truth if we were placed in the same position.
